Terms of play
By creating an account you confirm you are 18+, residing in an eligible country, and that you will keep a single VELT account. Multi-accounting is a permanent ban. VPN use to hide a restricted market is a ban.
Bets are accepted only when the account is active, not self-excluded, and funded. Stakes are locked on the ledger before a round resolves. Maximum multipliers are capped per game.
Deposits credit USD on the house wallet after the required confirmations. Withdrawals are queued for review, require a verified identity, and pay to an address that cannot be reused by another account. Daily limits apply ($5,000 deposit / $3,000 withdrawal).
The house may restrict, close, or self-exclude an account that fails age, geo, or one-account checks. Balances on a restricted account are frozen pending review.
These terms sit under the operator’s Curaçao licence. Restricted jurisdictions are not offered play, including France.
